Citizen Request Program

The Town of Farragut is committed to providing outstanding service to our citizens. The Town of Farragut has implemented a unique "Citizen Request Tracker" module as part of our newly revised website. Using this module will allow our website visitors (and others) a method to easily report and track concerns such as potholes, missing road signs, overgrown lots, vandalism, playground safety issue, etc.

Please note that Town requests are only reviewed between 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. Requests received on a weekend or Town holiday will be reviewed the next business day. If your request is an emergency situation, please call 911.

File a Citizens Request:

Citizens can log in and create a new user profile to submit a new request or concern, view pending issues, update contact information, and more. Instructions are available for an overview of the system. An email address is needed to create a new user profile. This will keep you up-to-date from the start of your request to the closure of your request. An email will be generated each time your request has been modified by Town staff. You can also login at any time to view pending concerns. Requests submitted in person or via phone without an email address will not receive automatic updates; however, you are welcome to call Town Hall for the status of your request.

Please note that ALL requests are public record. If you are interested in making a request, click the link below:
